Los mejores alimentos son lentejas, carnes magras y huevos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calcio:<\/strong> imprescindible para los huesos de cualquier embarazada. Leche, queso, yogur natural, br\u00f3coli y pescado ser\u00e1n tus mejores aliados.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c1cido f\u00f3lico:<\/strong> reduce el riesgo de malformaciones del sistema nervioso y de la columna del beb\u00e9. Los vegetales de hojas verde oscuro como las acelgas y las espinacas y los huevos son una gran fuente de \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hierro:<\/strong> ayuda a prevenir anemia en la embarazada y al beb\u00e9 a desarrollarse. Lo encontrar\u00e1s en legumbres, vegetales de hojas verdes y carnes magras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vitamina C:<\/strong> mantiene fuerte y aumenta las defensas de la embarazada para que no sufra infecciones.
