En cada trimestre las sensaciones son diferentes, ya que los cambios hormonales y f\u00edsicos alteran de manera diferente el cuerpo seg\u00fan la etapa de la gestaci\u00f3n en la que nos encontremos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante los primeros meses es habitual tener mucho sue\u00f1o durante todo el d\u00eda, por el contrario, <strong>al final del embarazo el tama\u00f1o de la tripa y los nervios har\u00e1n que no podamos dormir de forma regular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo dormir bien durante el embarazo<\/h3>\n<p>Alterarnos o ponernos nerviosos por no ser capaces de dormir solo dificulta el problema, as\u00ed que toma nota de estos consejos para dormir bien durante el embarazo que seguro te ayudar\u00e1n:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Evita el tabaco y el alcohol<\/strong>, ya que alteran el organismo e impiden conciliar el sue\u00f1o con normalidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No tomes cafe\u00edna<\/strong>: reduce tu consumo de caf\u00e9, t\u00e9, refrescos y chocolate durante el d\u00eda y ev\u00edtalas por completo por la noche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bebe agua durante todo el d\u00eda, pero reduce su consumo durante las \u00faltimas horas de la tarde y la noche<\/strong>: as\u00ed conseguir\u00e1s no tener que levantarte tantas veces para ir al ba\u00f1o para orinar. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuida tu alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y evita las comidas pesadas y muy condimentadas antes de ir a dormir; apuesta por cenas ligeras que te permitan hacer una f\u00e1cil digesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duerme un siesta corta<\/strong> cada tarde: no m\u00e1s de 45 minutos despu\u00e9s de comer  har\u00e1 que est\u00e9s m\u00e1s alerta, mejora la memoria y en general reduce los s\u00edntomas de fatiga durante el embarazo. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Haz ejercicio por la ma\u00f1ana<\/strong>, y no durante las \u00faltimas horas de la tarde ni en la noche:  aseg\u00farate de hacerlo lo suficientemente temprano para darle a tu cuerpo tiempo para relajarse despu\u00e9s de hacer ejercicio. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Aprende a relajarte<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e9cnicas como el yoga. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Duerme de lado<\/strong>; ya que esta posici\u00f3n ayuda a que la sangre y los nutrientes fluyan hasta tu beb\u00e9 y tu \u00fatero, y ayuda a tus ri\u00f1ones a eliminar desechos y fluidos. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Y t\u00fa, <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tal dorm\u00edas durante el embarazo?\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu mejor consejo para dormir bien cuando est\u00e1s embarazada?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El embarazo es toda una revoluci\u00f3n para nuestro organismo.
