La leche es un alimento completo que le aporta los nutrientes necesarios para que se desarrolle correctamente. Por si fuera poco, le ofrece defensas naturales que le vendr\u00e1n genial frente a numerosas enfermedades<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los nuevos alimentos deben ser introducidos con calma<\/strong>. Alrededor de los 6 meses, puede ser antes, pero siempre a partir de los 4 meses para evitar intolerancias. Tambi\u00e9n puede ser despu\u00e9s. Debemos empezar a ofrecerle las novedades de una en una y en peque\u00f1as cantidades. Pueden ser de la comida normal de la familia, siempre preparados de una manera saludable, respetando los sabores naturales, sin a\u00f1adidos como sal o az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los nuevos alimentos vienen a complementar la leche materna (o al preparado para lactantes)<\/strong>. Lo ideal es introducirles uno o dos alimentos nuevos a la semana. En este caso, el orden de los factores no altera el resultado. La leche es esencial durante el primer a\u00f1o de vida.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Variedad mejor que cantidad. Autonom\u00eda mejor que pasividad.<\/strong> Es bueno fomentar que el beb\u00e9 aprenda habilidades:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Fomentar su autonom\u00eda<\/strong>. Dejar que \u00e9l manipule los alimentos. Lo mejor es darle de comer con cuchara y vaso. Los beb\u00e9s pueden aprender a beber en vaso muy pronto. <strong>Es lo mejor para darles el agua.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ense\u00f1arle a comer<\/strong>. Estimularle para que mastique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<li><strong>Menos es m\u00e1s<\/strong>.
